Return and Refund Policy

All t-shirts in our store are made to order! We print each t-shirt after the order is placed, special for the customer. It’s buyer’s responsibility to double check the size chart pictures before placing the order.

However, you have 30 days as of the date you receive your order to return items you strongly think are not as described or received damaged during transportation items.

Our  number 1 purpose is buyer’s satisfaction, so we strive to provide the best service.

Here are a few things to keep in mind:

  • We don’t offer exchanges because of wrong size. If the size you ordered doesn’t fits you well, please contact us via email to discuss how to proceed in this situation. Usually we provide special discount code for specific item, so the buyer can order it again but on half price, keeping the fists one. (better solution than returning) 

  • We have strict control, so we shipped out only 100% good items. However if you receive damaged item during transportation, you must provide us proof (picture of the damaged item/package). In this case we will resend new one. No size change accepted!
  • If we agree to accept the return , buyer have to pay the cost of the shipping.
  • The items you return are your responsibility until we get them back, so it’s best to follow our returns guide to protect them from damage and wear.
  • We refund items at the price you bought them – this includes sale items.
  • All items are inspected when we get them back.
  • If the buyer received a wrong item because of our fault, we will resend the right item for no cost to the buyer. No need of return the wrong item.
  • If the buyer didn't receive the item because his fault ( he is on holiday or forget about his purchase), we can resend the item, but the buyer must pay shipping costs.




If you’ve purchased an item through our online shop, you can use our easy return process. Just follow these simple steps:

  • Place your item back into the plastic bag it came in, so it doesn’t get damaged on the way back.

  • We accept only unworn, good for reselling items.





  • Unfortunately, we don’t offer online exchanges, but you always have the option of placing a new order to get the right item.




  • Once we’ve received your returned parcel, we’ll send you a confirmation email. As soon as we’ve processed your return, we’ll issue a refund. We’ll make sure to process your return within 14 days.
  • We do not refund the original shipping costs.




  • Once we receive your return you’ll get a confirmation email from us. We’ll then check the return and issue a full refund.
  • We’ll issue the refund using the payment method you chose when you made your order.
  • If you paid with a credit card or PayPal, it can take some days for the money to appear in your account and the time it takes usually depends on your bank.
  • We can refund your money in case you didn't receive your item but only if we receive the item back.
  • If the shipment get lost or you didn't received your item in expected time (check our shipping policy), please contact us. We will start a complaint to the post office to investigate the case and refund your money after we get apro
